The late Mr. Chan Ka Tiu & Mdm. Eng Siu Hui were born in the 1930s from poor families. They had to survive through hardships, especially during World War II, while struggling to support their family by rubber tapping for others and peddling.

With the spirit of obtain what you get from the society and contribute back for the society, they often teach the children to do good deeds within their best ability to benefit the public.

In memory of their unconditional love and unwavering commitment to the children, Dato' Chan Wah Kiang led his siblings to donate this room to commemorate the nurturing grace of their late parents.

已故曾科场与黄秀花夫妇出生于十九世纪三十年代的贫困家庭，经历了二战时期，颠沛流离，靠受雇割胶与四处做小贩养家糊口，并坚持把孩子们养育成人。

常“以取之社会，用之社会“为宗旨，教导孩子们在有能力范围内，多做善事，造福大众。

以爱人之恩，铭记于心的心态，拿督曾华健先生携领兄弟姐妹们捐献此房以纪念父母的养育之恩。
