Persekutuan Persatuan-Persatuan Ann Koai Malaysia (Ann Koai Association), currently consists of 17 affiliates spread throughout Western and Eastern Malaysia. Besides building relationships and seeking mutual welfare for its fellow members, Ann Koai Association also aims to promote cultural education, as well as, support charitable causes for the society.

In 2022, the incumbent General Secretary of Ann Koai Association at that time, the late Mr. Koh Hock Lye, along with other members, had called all affiliates throughout Malaysia to contribute to UTAR Hospital during its fund-raising campaign. They successfully raised RM500,000.00 for UTAR Hospital’s Traditional & Complementary Medicine Centre.

With the effort and contribution of the General Secretary, the late Mr. Koh Hock Lye and other members of Ann Koai Association, more people will benefit from the medical and healthcare services provided by UTAR Hospital.

In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021, with suggestion from Ann Koai Association’s adviser, Datuk Lim Si Cheng, Ann Koai Association had also liaised with China’s government of Anxi who donated 40,000 sets of PPE suits to UTAR Hospital.

马来西亚安溪会馆联合会，俗称安溪总会。目前共有十七个属会，分佈东、西马各州。除了促进乡谊和谋求会员同乡福利外，安溪总会素来对民族文化教育和社会慈善事业也不遗餘力。

2022年为了响应拉曼大学医院的筹款活动，总会时任总秘书长已故许福来在几位友好同乡的配合下，即号召全国安溪属会为拉曼医院筹獲了50万令吉的款项，捐助这座医院中医楼。已故许秘书长及安溪同仁的此项善举，旨在让广大的民众能享有优大医院提供的医疗服务，拯救更多的宝贵生命。

2021年抗疫情期间，在总会顾问拿督林时清乡贤的建议下，安溪总会也通过中国安溪县政府的协助为优大医院捐献了4万套PPE防护衣。
