In conjunction with the Valentine’s Day, Centre for Foundation Studies (Kampar Campus) organised the “Love is in the Air” – Valentine’s Day Flower Sales. The event was held from 11 to 14 February 2019 at the foyer of Block D. The event aimed to provide a platform for staff and students to send their warm wishes to their lecturers and friends, and to raise fund for UTAR Hospital. There were two options available for students and staff to choose; flowers with greeting cards or flowers with teddy bears and greeting cards. A free delivery service was also provided within the campus.
Three hundred stalks of flowers were sold during the four-day event which contributed a total of RM3065.63 to UTAR Hospital.
