UTAR is proud to introduce a new project called the Tree adoption Project to raise funds for the UTAR Hospital. This project is held in collaboration with the UTAR Alumni Association of Malaysia.
We consider trees to be invaluable assets to our environment and community because they are able to provide us with a multitude of environmental, social and economic benefits. Many species of wildlife depend on trees for their habitat. Therefore, we believe adopting trees would be an effective way to acknowledge their benefits and contributions. Moreover, you will also be able to contribute to the development of UTAR Hospital.
This meaningful tree-adoption project donates to UTAR Hospital and fulfills the universal objectives of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for a greener community and improved air quality. So support us today by adopting a tree! You can choose the quantity of tree you plan to adopt, and you will receive a certificate of tree adoption from UTAR Hospital. Your name will be placed on the tree adopted by you and your tree will be planted in the hospital landscaped areas.
Please visit the tree adoption website now to choose your favourite type of tree for adoption, at https://portal.utar.edu.my/uef/tree-adoption/adoption_form.jspAdopt a tree for a cleaner and greener UTAR Hospital.
