The Samurai Summer event which was held on 26 Jan 2019 was jointly organised by Kampar Campus’s Department of Soft Skills Competency (DSSC), Department of International Student Services (DISS), and Division of Community and International Networking (DCInterNet). The cultural exposure event was also supported by the Consulate-General of Japan in Penang (CGJP). Over 500 participants were given insights into contemporary Japanese culture and the daily life in the Land of the Rising Sun via the “Samurai Summer” event.
