唐却春女士  Madam Tong Kiok Soon Counselling Room

Madam Tong Kiok Soon is the mother of UTAR Council Member YBhg Datuk Lim Si Cheng. Madam Tong passed away in December 2021 at the age of 96 years old. Both Madam Tong and her husband were rubber tappers in a village in Segamat, Johor. Although they were poor, they were hard-working rubber-tappers who earned an honest living for their family. From young, Madam Tong was taught the importance of adopting good values in life, and the importance of showing compassion and supporting charity. She believed that building a hospital is an act of merit and kindness. Madam Tong’s personal savings were donated by her children to UTAR Hospital with the hope that the Hospital will be a place of healing and solace for those in need of affordable medical services and care

唐却春女士是拉曼大学理事拿督林时清的母亲。唐女士于二0二一年十二月往生，享年九十六歲。唐女士和她的丈夫生前住在柔佛昔加末的一个村莊里，双双靠刈胶为生，家境清寒，但唐女士年少时就被教导体现仝情心和支持慈善福利的重要，仝时认仝捐助医院救人，功德无量。当唐女士往生时，其子女就决定将她老人家的储蓄捐助予优大医院，俾便这所医院能为更多的人提供可负担的医疗服务。
