Mr Eric Ooi Lip Aun

Eric Ooi was a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Malaysia, and was with the organisation from 1997 until his retirement in 2015. Trained in audit and business advisory services, he led the Asia Pacific region in Assurance Services and later in the Entrepreneurial and Private Clients segment, both parts of the PwC global network.

He is also on the Audit Committee of UTAR, and serves as Independent Non-Executive Director of 2 public listed companies listed on Bursa Malaysia. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
